These terms apply to your use of the InZanePrints Caregiver HQ web app.

Purpose

Caregiver HQ is a digital organisation tool for care schedules, medications, appointments, daily care records, observations, caregiver handovers, expenses, supplies, contacts, document references, emergency information, tasks, notes, and related records. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment guidance, an emergency service, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for qualified professional care.

Your Google account and data

If you connect Google, the app works with a Google Sheet in your own Google account. You are responsible for your Google account security, the accuracy of information you enter, the people with whom you share your Google Sheet or Google account, and any backups you wish to keep.

Availability

The app depends on third-party services including Google APIs and Cloudflare. Temporary outages, permission changes, browser restrictions, API changes, or account changes may affect availability. No uninterrupted or error-free availability is guaranteed.

Appropriate use

You agree not to use the app to violate law, harass another person, obtain unauthorized access to another person's account or files, or misrepresent records as independently verified by InZanePrints.

Records and disputes

The app displays and organises information entered by users. InZanePrints does not verify the truth, legal status, admissibility, completeness, or authorship of individual entries and does not resolve care, reimbursement, family, or communication disputes.

Changes

Features may be updated to improve reliability, security, compatibility, or usability. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by updating the effective date.
